My love of yoga was first sparked in my teens and has grown to become, along with other mindfulness practices, an integral part of my life. I was first drawn to yoga as I loved how it made me feel and soon the positive effects of having a calmer mind and more easeful body began to reflect in my life off the mat.
I completed a two-year training qualification at Triyoga with Jean Hall and Mimi Kuo-Deemer, with additional training in Restorative Yoga with Anna Ashby. 
In my classes I pay close attention to healthy alignment to promote optimum physical wellbeing and integrate awareness of the breath to help centre and calm the mind. My intention is that you will leave my classes feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! 
I believe yoga and mindfulness are invaluable tools for dealing with the stresses and challenges that life likes to throw at us, and can also help us to find magic in the small things.
