Yoga
The discipline of Yoga involves the practice of various breathing techniques (Pranayama) and Physical exercises (Asanas). The student will learn to connect breath with movement, so the mind and body work in unison.
The practice of Yoga improves ones flexibility, strength, core stability, muscle tone, posture, balance and co ordination.
Yoga will increase a students self awareness, aid relaxation with breathing techniques, reduce stress, and help to create an overall improved sense of wellbeing and vitality.
